This month Wilkinson and Co completed installation of MYOB Central into their practice. Their Senior Partner, Daniel Wilkinson, has since reported a new air of efficiency in the office.

Daniel says: “I can better focus on our clients in meetings with MYOB Central. There’s very little to do now before a client meeting as everything I need is all in one place on the computer.”

Daniel reported last week that Wilkinson and Co had an unplanned visit from an important client who had recently moved out of the area. Things were going well for this client and his move to a more upmarket suburb prompted some anxiety about losing him to a rival firm. Daniel was alerted of the client’s arrival and a meeting was hastily arranged. The client was in a hurry and enquired to the receptionist about the enforcement of the 60 minute parking limit on the street. Daniel remained relaxed as he ushered the client into his office. He knew taking time to listen to his client’s needs would be an important factor in the meeting’s success.

Daniel was confident that MYOB Central would be able to retrieve all client data quickly to his computer so he could talk his client through the status of his accounts. Daniel could see a letter from Companies House had been quickly dealt with and was able to assure his client everything was in order. The meeting went well and the client was retained.
